Anguilla Financial Services Commission – Annual Conference (3–4 February 2026)

The Anguilla Financial Services Commission (AFSC) will host its Annual Conference on 3rd and 4th February 2026, featuring a strong and diverse line-up of regional and international regulators, policymakers, and industry experts.

Day One will focus on Compliance, with sessions addressing key themes such as AML/CFT enforcement, ESG considerations, risks associated with legal persons and arrangements, and the importance of domestic regulatory collaboration. Presenters include senior representatives from the AFSC, the Financial Intelligence Unit, the Attorney General’s Chambers, and the Ministry of Finance.

Day Two will spotlight FinTech, exploring emerging trends in digital assets, onboarding and KYC innovation, stablecoin compliance frameworks, InsurTech developments, and global fintech perspectives. Speakers include experts from the International Monetary Fund, Bermuda Monetary Authority, SumSub, and international fintech bodies.
